Knee Pain 

  • Pain surrounding the kneecap

  • Swelling on the bottom portion of the knee near the growth plate

  • Pain right below the knee cap during running or exercise

 

Tennis elbow 

  • Tenderness on the outside portion of elbow when picking up objects

  • Pain running through the outside of the arm and down into the fingers

  • Morning stiffness in the elbow when bending or straightening

  • Soreness of the forearm muscles throughout the day

 

Shin splints 

  • Pain on the inside or outside of the lower leg over the tibia

  • Pulling apart in the lower leg or shin

  • Tenderness or soreness in the lower leg

 

Shoulder pain 

  • Clicking and popping of the shoulder with movement

  • Pain in the front, back, and outside of shoulder with movement

  • Pain with throwing, picking up and moving things, or grabbing something heavy

  • Sharp, stabbing pain that can begin in the mid back and moving down the arm

 

Plantar fasciitis 

  • Pain in the bottom of your foot especially your 1st few steps getting out of bed.

  • Muscles on the bottom of the foot can pull and create a heel spur if the problem isn’t corrected in time.

  • Muscles spasms and pain can make sleeping, walking and sporting activities more difficult.

 

Ankle sprain

  • Swelling 

  • Bruising 

  • Pain 

  • Ankle sprains respond really well to treatment

 

Hip pain 

  • Symptoms of Hip pain 

  • Swelling, brusing, pain in or around the hip bone.

  • Pain that goes from you hip to your knee or into your groin

 

Concussions 

  • Headaches

  • Seeing stars or blurred vision

  • Blacking out, passing out, fainting or dizziness

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Difficulty concentrating or forgetfulness

  • Slurred speech


Concussion Treatment 

Although there is no treatment for concussion your body has to take time to heal.  We can offer help in relieving concussion symptoms like:  Headaches, neck pain and stiffness.

Concussion Baseline

This is very important in giving us an idea of how severe the concussion is. It is also important to know when it is safe for you to resume your sport.
